REUTERS APUESTA POR MERCEDES EN LA FUSIÓN CON TESLA

La agencia de noticias, con sede en Londres, ha elegido a Daimler como la candidata perfecta para unirse a la empresa californiana que tan sólo representa alrededor de 0.8% del mercado global del automóvil. Según el último estudio de Reuters, el conglomerado Daimler propietario de las marcas de reconocido prestigio como Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AM, Maybach y Smart, entre otras, sería la mejor pareja de baile para la compañía de Elon Musk. El motivo argumentado por la agencia de noticias se basa en el tipo de cliente de ambas marcas. Aquellos del gigante alemán y los de la marca californiana tienen muchas características en común, puesto que los compradores de Tesla tienen aspiraciones y afinidad similares aquellos tradicionales de las marcas de automóviles de lujo.
La opción de Daimler es mucho más asequible que la alternativa de BMW. El otro gran fabricante de coches premium alemán tiene una arquitectura societaria con mayores complicaciones que la de su rival de la estrella a tres puntas. Reuters analiza en su informe que la adquisición de Daimler para Tesla ayudaría a la firma de coches eléctricos estadounidense aumentar la producción mundial de automóviles por cuatro. Además la posición de los alemanes en China y Europa impulsaría la ofensiva eléctrica en estos mercados. El estudio descarta cualquier empresa japonesa, puesto que la experiencia muestra las dificultades y rigideces que esto supondría, por lo que la opción Daimler gana puntos en el análisis. Daimler es también una buena alternativa debido a una cotización bursátil que no ha conseguido, en los últimos cinco años, superar al índice de referencia STOXX Europe 600 Auto Index. El valor del conglomerado alemán en bolsa es de 74 mil millones de dólares, mientras que Tesla y su 0.8% de cuota a nivel global alcanza en los mercados la friolera de 540 mil millones de dólares. www.MUEVETECONINTELIGENCIA.news
